Party Tents & Events were beyond accommodating leading up to, during, and after our DIY outdoor wedding on 06/21/25! We turned an old Boy Scout camp on a lake, into the wedding venue of our dreams. A HUGE thank you to Mike and his crew! They provided us with a beautiful, massive tent to accommodate our 200 guests, all the tables, chairs, linens, dance floor AND string lighting! Mike was so easy to talk to, and was always so quick and responsive to any and all of the questions I had. He and his crew delivered, and set up everything a few days leading up to the wedding to give us plenty of time to organize/decorate, and put the finishing touches on everything before the big day. They also promptly came back the next day and disassembled everything they had set up, packed it up, and were on their way. It was a seamless process, and extremely affordable!! We can’t thank Mike and his team at Party Tents & Events enough for helping us bring our outdoor wedding vision to life. It was the best day ever!!

Our experience with Party Tents & Events was great. Mike provided us with the perfect tent for our daughter’s wedding that we held in our front yard. The tables, chairs, dance floor, and lights were exactly what we needed to make this special occasion successful. The windows in the tent and our floral decorating made for an elegant venue and we received many compliments from our guests. Whenever we had any questions, Mike was always quick to follow up. His crew was efficient and did an excellent job setting up and disassembling after the event. We would not hesitate to use Party Tents & Events again!

If you are looking to rent a tent, chairs, lights, dance floor and more, we highly recommend Party Tents & Events. This company is top notch. I changed my order a handful of times for our daughter’s wedding needing to add more chairs, a bigger tent, lights, and a bigger dance floor. Not only was I able to change my order with ease but they didn’t charge me any extra fee for changing my order. Everything was so easy from set up to breaking down. The professional team came and set the tent up put the lights up and had the dance floor up in no time.  The chairs were left for us to set up how we wanted them. The tent was beautiful a perfect size for the DJ and 160 people. Our daughter’s wedding was perfect. Every email and phone all was answered with in the day. “I hired Party Tents and Events for my daughter's wedding reception held at the Petersham Gun Club.  From start to finish, Mike and company were extremely efficient and easy to work with. I gave them the headcount and they did all the rest.  We wanted the tent in a spot that would not work for the size we rented and with Mike's professional advice, it was placed perfectly between the clubhouse and the fire pit where all the food was cooked.  We also rented a dance floor that was not empty the entire night.  The crew was so quick to set up and take down.  I would hire them again in a second.”
